Nicholas C. Tavantzis

Nicholas “Nick” Tavantzis is a successful commercial banking & finance professional in the New York City Metro Market. Nick joined The Bankers Trust Company as a trainee, where he was formally credit trained. Nick continued his career at HSBS, J.P. Morgan Chase and North Fork/Capital One. Currently, Nick is the VP/Regional Lending Manager for FCSB, based in Glen Cove, NY.

Nick attended Long Island University’s School of Public and Business Administration in Brooklyn, NY at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Nick attended Furman University in Greenville, SC where he completed the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management of the Consumer Bankers Association. From 2002 – 2018, Nick was an adjunct professor of Business and Finance at Plaza College in Queens and later, at Baruch College in the C.A.P.S. Program teaching Business Statistics.
