Konstantinos (Gus) Lambropoulos

HECA 1st Vice President (2023 - present)

Konstantinos (Gus) Lambropoulos is a global business and real estate advisor who works with individuals, institutions and businesses of all sizes - in commerce and philanthropy - to expand organizations, increase profits, improve efficiency and better the community and people’s lives.

With 20+ years of experience in finance, banking, insurance, real estate development and management and business consulting, Gus helps his clients and boards raise capital, envision, plan and finance projects and oversee implementation of a wide variety of ventures: from selling 25 acres of beachfront property in Mykonos, Greece and advising Aristotle University in Thessaloniki, Greece on building projects to structuring the financing of a $5M facility for the St. Demetrios School Board in New York City.

Having engaged in philanthropy and commerce across the globe, Gus has a wide association and network of colleagues, investors, friends and property and business owners who rely on his probity, acumen and affability to help them achieve their goals - whether it be the acquisition of a New York movie theater chain by a Chinese company, restructuring debt and raising operating capital for a small business or raising funds for the Greek Independence Day Parade held each year on Fifth Avenue.

Gus has been repeatedly recognized for his philanthropic endeavors, including receiving citations and awards from United States Congressmen, New York State Senators and local officials for his community work, such as the founding and organizing of the Athens Square Christmas Tree Project that hosts the largest public Christmas tree outside of Rockefeller Center. Gus has also received awards from the Hellenic Medical Society, as well as the Kings of New York, which recognizes successful businessmen who make an impact in their local community.

The philanthropic organizations for which he’s served in the past and the present also include the Special Advisory Board of Aristotle University, the Athens Square Inc. Board, St. Demetrios School Board, Hellenic Medical Society of New York, Hellenic Congress of America, American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association/Chapter 25 and Hellenic Societies of Greater New York.
